Yes, once the initial 12 month agreement has ended, you can move the with 30 days notice
Yes, if you only need a couple of extra pages or an additional template, we can charge as extra, additional pages £20 and templates £50. If you need a much larger site please contact the team for an estimate.
Yes. Once the initial agreement has ended, you can move the website to another provider.
Moving your website does come with a small fee of £250. This allows our team to package up your site and associated databases.
No, the domain isn’t included. However, if you would like us to handle this we can do.
We purchase our domains through 123reg, and the yearly fee for this would be £15*.
*Subject to change.
If you already have a domain, great. We will work with you to get the domain pointed to our servers.
No, emails are not included in the monthly subscriptions.
However, for £10 per month per email, we can get this sorted.
Yes, we offer a 10% discount each month for each business you refer* – up to 10.
If you refer 10 businesses this would mean you get your own website managed for free for the duration of your stay with Mule.
Yes, we can integrate with other tools/systems.
You will need to let us know your requirements during the briefing stage, so we can advise.
Yes, if you are looking to make larger changes you can roll over a maximum of two months. If you do want additional functionality this may need to be billed as extra.
Yes, all we ask is that you let us know what you have done. If you are looking to make major changes such as removing or adding a page we recommended speaking to us first.
